Our website host, Squarespace, may automatically collect standard usage data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited through cookies and analytics.

From clients: With your explicit authorization, we access data from your Amazon seller and advertising accounts through Amazon's official Selling Partner API and Amazon Ads API. This may include sales, orders, inventory, fees, reimbursements, catalog, and advertising campaign and performance data.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect only to:

  • Respond to inquiries and communicate with you

  • Provide the services you've engaged us for, including inventory planning, sales and profitability reporting, and advertising management

  • Maintain and improve the reliability and security of our services

We do not use client data for any purpose other than providing services to that client.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Client data is never shared with other clients. We share information only:

You can revoke our access to your Amazon data at any time through Seller Central (Manage Your Apps) or your Amazon Ads account settings. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
