Our Approach

Our Principles

Profit over vanity metrics
Sales numbers look good in a report, but profit is what keeps a business running. A product can sell hundreds of units a month and still lose money once fees, returns, and ad spend are counted. We measure success by what you actually keep, not just what comes in.

Data first, then decisions
Every recommendation starts with your real sales, inventory, and advertising numbers. We don't rely on generic playbooks or industry averages, because what works for one catalog can fail for another. Your data tells us where to focus.

Small, steady improvements
Big overhauls can break what's already working. We make measured changes, give them time to show results, and build on what works. Over time, those small wins add up to real, lasting growth.

Transparency always
You'll always know what we changed, why we changed it, and what happened as a result. No black boxes, no vague updates, no surprises in your account.

How We Manage Each Area

Advertising
Most ad accounts don't need more spend. They need less waste. We start by finding where money is leaking: search terms that get clicks but never convert, bids that haven't been adjusted in months, and budgets spread evenly across products that perform very differently.

Once waste is under control, we shift spend toward proven winners and test new keywords carefully, with limits in place. We review performance regularly and adjust based on results, not assumptions. We also keep an eye on inventory, so we're never paying to advertise a product that's about to run out.

Inventory
Running out of stock costs you sales, rankings, and momentum. Overstocking ties up cash and racks up storage fees. We aim for the balance in between.

We track how fast each product actually sells, how long your restocks take to arrive, and what's already on its way to Amazon. That lets us flag reorders before stockouts happen, recommend realistic quantities, and catch slow-moving stock before it starts costing you aged-inventory fees.

Reporting
Reports should answer questions, not create more of them. We focus on the numbers that drive decisions: which products make money after all costs, where fees are eating into margins, how ad spend compares to total sales, and what needs attention next.

Every report comes with context, meaning what changed, why it matters, and what we recommend doing about it.

Listings & Catalog
Good listings help customers find your products and choose them over competitors. We keep titles, bullets, and descriptions accurate and keyword-rich, fix listing errors quickly, and make sure your catalog stays clean as you add products and variations.

Operations & Account Health
Small problems left alone become big ones. We monitor account health, listing issues, and stranded or suppressed inventory, and deal with them early, before they affect your sales or your standing with Amazon.

Built on Our Own Tools

Most Amazon sellers juggle spreadsheets, Seller Central reports, and advertising dashboards that don't talk to each other. We built our own systems to bring it all together.

Our tools pull sales, inventory, fees, and advertising performance into one place, across every account we manage. That means:

  • Faster answers: questions like "which products are losing money?" or "what needs restocking this week?" take minutes, not days.

  • Fewer errors: no copy-paste mistakes or outdated spreadsheets.

  • Problems caught early: low stock, rising ad spend without sales, or growing fees get flagged before they become costly.

  • More time on strategy: less time gathering data means more time making decisions that move your business forward.

Our tools support our work. They don't replace it. Every recommendation is reviewed by a person who knows your account and your goals.

Working With Us

We keep things simple. You get clear communication, regular updates on what's happening in your account, and changes made only with your approval or within limits you've agreed to in advance. You own your account, you make the final calls, and we do the work to help you make them well.
